Municipal Sewer System

1,000,000 litre per day "pilot testing",  or emergency sewage treatment is now possible!   Modules are remote location and cold environment capable.

Place a WaterMiner® at your stormwater outflows where metals, chemicals and pharmaceuticals will be scrubbed from the water before it enters a natural water body.

Instant on. No concrete.  No buildings.  No Permits.  No engineering reports or studies. Just a level, stable 15 m x 30 m site for your WaterMiner® trailer module. That's it.

BOYDEL's untethered, trailer mounted WaterMiner® modules simply roll up to your sewage access site, establish a primary screen capability, connect a 75 mm feedstock line, 75mm effluent line, a 50 mm sludge line and connect up to an existing or portable 25 kVa 208 3ph power supply.

In as little as 3 to 4 hours we are providing better than secondary treatment with CBOD values under 45 mg/l and TSS under 20 mg/l.  More importantly our regular treatment process significantly eliminates fecal coli form counts to below 14 col/100 ml and even to 100% eliminations.

An added benefit is we are also scrubbing hydrocarbons and metals at 1,000,000 litres per day and giving you 1/2-1% average feedstock volumes of removed and sequestered biosolids. These biosolids are ready for a dewater press and for further energy recovery in a gasification plant or to be heat treated to become a Class A biosolid ready for landfill reclamation work etc.

When compliance is confirmed and you are ready for a permanent WaterMiner® install, BOYDEL's installation contractor will construct your WaterMiner® building ( there are no tank farms needed) and install a complete BOYDEL designed treatment train from grit chamber through to dewatered biosolids removal.  Clients will experience 25% or less cost of traditional tank farm MBR systems.

It is important to note that utilizing the BOYDEL non biological WaterMiner® technology you will not be producing harmful green house gasses treating your sewage, and you may be able to claim valuable Carbon Tax - "Cap and Trade" revenues. Potentially making your WWTP one of your communities largest single revenue generators.  It has been estimated that a town producing 130 million litres a day of sewage would reduce their Carbon footprint by some 2.3 million tonnes annually!  At current $18-30 per tonne carbon cost thats $68 million of possible new revenue.
